From all the Lunar Tokens I've sold I can probably afford that (with little net gain moneywise though). Oh well, it'll be as if I got a rat from a fortune and stopped going insane.

I traded the tokens for bags until i got Party Animal, then used the rest for fortunes. Got the rat on my 8th one. Ugly fella imo, will just get dedicated and left on a storage character.

I got 60 Tokens total from the Red Gift Bags during a finale (thanks to DVDF for getting the ingredients). Decided to try my luck once more.

I put the fortunes on my never-played Mesmer, wandered into the middle of Perdition Rock, sat down, opened them...

...NOTHING!

I feel your pain. I haven't got a rat and I have opened who knows how many fortunes... guess some people just have amazing luck and others, like us, don't.

I got a rat in 30 fortunes, but then my best friend and I wasted about 600 or so fortunes between us looking for one for her. She never got a rat and is so pissed she doesn't even really want the second one I got. :-\

500+ and no rat. I really wasted this weekend, I could have been doing something more productive like finishing GW:EN on my Dervish.

Let's form a "we hate ANet's method of droprates" club and burn Shing Jea Monastery down to the ground! HYAH!

Sorry but your QQ'ing privileges have been revoked. manitoba has opened twice as many as you and isn't complaining about it near as much.

On a serious note, yes it sucks that some people have got a rat in their first 30 or what not but it's not a big deal. An unded rat is going for 20k, not a large chunk of money these days. Really it's not a huge deal.

@Arknow, I agree somewhat. I would of loved to have seen a new mask this year but I sort of understand why they kept it the same. Still would of loved to have seen it changed just a bit.

Out of 243 fortunes in total I got my starry rodent on the 185 fortune.

That was with 5 chars trading the tokens in for fortunes.

In the end I got it with my necro who had everything dyed red and was wearing the Lion mask at the time

My sympathies go out to those who have missed out, bloody awfull drop rate tbh
